The grip of the world begins to diminish, the old should’s, suppose to’s, duties and obligations stop having any value and even though we may feel lonely during these passages, there is an inherent freedom and soulfulness in allowing these old ways to drop, then we learn to create from within our hearts and souls, rather than from the expectations of this insane paradigm and to co-create with others who have let go and are free…we realize we are more powerful together and the vision of a new world begins to form…Andrea

There is a field of universal oneness that I have felt since I was young. When my mind enters too strongly, then this field which unifies all diminishes and I experience myself as separated, alone, disconnected and playing in the field of human drama…of course there are times when it seems we have no choice but to play the drama…coming back home to the feeling of being intertconnected is a blessing…it is perhaps the greatest blessing we can have…allow this blessing to move you…
I went to Walt Whitman Junior High in Alexandria, VA. It wasn’t until I was in my 30’s that my schools namesake would turn out to be one of my favorite wise men. I appreciate Walt’s ability to tell it like it is in all the ways that most folks need to hear it.
In the movie ‘Beautiful Dreamer’ there is a scene where he is asked to share what he sees at an elitists buffet…what he says is so real and true…some of the elitists are aghast, others cannot even fathom him, for they have never heard the truth spoken so openly.
We have entered a time, where it is imperative that we speak what our hearts and souls know to be true. To surround ourselves with folks who support us in our greatest truth and who ‘have our back’. Allow the words to rise up from your heart, bypass the pre-programed BS that you usually speak. Make the space and the words will come. Be Truth…

Opening to your true nature is a truly illuminating experience.
Our darkness is our unconscious, what we have not yet accepted loved and integrated into our wholeness, therefore it is our weakness until integrated, then it is our strength. Allow me to help you step into your wholeness…accepting several new clients.
No need to be a doormat when you are needed to open very important doors on our planet.
Pleasure is an intricate part of loving our bodies and embracing our humanness.
Be the change or become it or be left behind in your own suffering.
This is so important to realize…it is how we live, our choices being made each moment, in consideration of right action on our planet that will create the changes that are being called for. Each choice will determine whether our next generation has a future here or not. Know this to be true.
When dreamers unite…that’s how we change the world!!! I have been feeling this deeply the past few days…let’s unite in more real ways…dreamer a better world into creation
Please I pray for our defensive fighting to stop…have enough of us evolved to want this to end and to help the masses out of their suffering? When your heart opens you feel the interconnectedness of all life.
Feel into your heart and listen to your inner wisdom then act on this which you receive.
Who could not worry when they become aware of reality on our planet…take your worry and bring compassion to it…it will transmute it and you will be engaged in the transformative power of your heart…you can not get rid of what you feel, this method actually strengthens it, but you can meet it with love.
This is what i will do…the old is crumbling and sadly taking many with its demise…and it is true to now focus on what we are here for…to live purposefully in alignment with our hearts and souls.
Time to stop supporting war and the defensive model and urgently shift to supporting the humanitarian model before our country ends up in the hospital, on the streets or in prison.
On the children dying in Japan…we can be aware and send our prayers to these young ones and realize that our way of life is now creating the law of diminishing returns…we’ve gone too far over and now the young ones are suffering. Eating seaweed can help to absorb small amounts of radiation, if it isn’t already contaminated.
So many are addicted to meds for their entire lives and will never know true freedom in their humanness.
The one’s who are the most nuts are the one’s who don’t want to see what is happening…denial will work for awhile…then the obvious will turn you into peanut butter…just came up with this as a response to someone…fun…lol.
I have noticed this to be true…woman has access to intuition and direct awareness more readily, yet she benefits greatly from the loving support of a strong, benevolent man.
A beautiful woman, who is aware and heartfelt…will rock her world.
The poison apple…has always been a part of fairy tales…now it is a reality in America.
Please spend a little extra on organic…we are making a statement every time we spend our dollar…other countries will not eat our gmo’s, pesticide’s, most of our meats…ask yourself why? They are filled with toxins.
I am truly grateful for my health, my freedom, and the magnificent ability to transcend pain and become a heart opened, soulful example on this planet.
There is a sense of safety that is an inherent part of true love.
I have been aware that it is not the politician’s who are going to change the plight of this planet…it’s folks like you and i changing our behavior…bring your own bags to the store, go to several places in one trip, reach out to those in need, plant a garden, eat ALL organic, cut back your meat consumption, do your inner work, add new simple acts of sustainability every week…you and i, my friend are our greatest hope…do you see this now.
Now we see why dragonfly’s appear so magical…amazing creatures… we are sooooooooooo blessed to be surrounded by a nature that is truly unfathomable to the mind, only the heart can truly embrace it’s inherent and spectacular beauty…strive to protect her!!!
Now is the time to join the collective uprising to honor animals…help release them from the torture and possible extinction.see them as healthy, happy and free…this movement is building and will shift the collective.
Wake up women…love from your hearts and speak from your souls…your innate power, wisdom and strength will shift his world.
Welcoming all the magic, mystery and magnificence into manifesting my dreams.
The simple ones have not lost their interconnectedness.
It is an art to truly listen and under the best of circumstances requires a diligence to suspend one’s thought in order to truly receive the other.
The more REAL the more sexy…adds delightfully to physical sensitivity, deepening of pleasure and truly ‘knowing’ one’s self and one’s partner.
Oh just being alive, breathing, sharing, loving and caring…makes the whole world a better place.
It is our ignorance that will be our demise…bringing awareness is my joy.
This is divine alchemy when an energetic shift creates a perceptual shift creates a real world shift.
Love the organic natural feel… as compared to the harshness of suburbia.
Acceptance is powerful and having others to smooth our ruffled feathers is truly a blessing!
Beauty emits a perfume that opens the heart.
We must be leaders of a new way by how consciously we live our lives.
Forgiveness is the key…it creates the space for more love to enter.
Excuse me, but all the animals on our planet should be fighting back like this! If they are capable of defending themselves, why aren’t they?
Yes…and this requires solitude to commune with your own soul and cultivate the energy of your heart’s song.
International outcry saved this young Sudanese woman from death…be the voice that is within you…the voice of the heart is truly making changes.
The courage to step beyond where you have previously stopped and progress into the unknown is the only way now…all else is limbo.
Every living creature is amazing…when we open up inside we see this…we know this..LIFE is amazing…let her dance you into full awakening.
Be naked, reveal your true self, speak out courageously, act like it’s your last day, share from your soul, love deeply, strip ALL the rest away…this transparency is where your magic resides…stop playing the f***king games that are killing you and every living thing on this planet… be the magic…it’s time.

What matters is the unification of all beings now…through sweet unconditional love…or tough love sometimes…it is love that knows we are one and the soul which knows what to do with this love.
We all need folks to believe in us…it may not be a parent for some like myself…but could easily be a friend, coach, even a stranger who gets you…let the love in from wherever it is coming and feel blessed…this world is our family.
This is an OMG experience…we have so much to learn from the innocent, simple, magical ways that children all around the world can play together. They are celebrating life cardboard boxes and mud and sticks…there are no technical devices in any of these pices…yet all of these children are creatively happy…a powerful lesson for where humanity is no headed due to their complex needs and greeds!
